Exchange and Return Policy
At Verano Beach Wear, we want you to feel beautiful, confident, and satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange or return, please review the guidelines below:
In accordance with consumer protection laws:
Customers may request a return due to change of mind within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
Exchanges for size or model must also be requested within 7 calendar days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must:
Show no signs of use
Have all tags and security seals intact
Have the hygienic liner preserved
Be returned in its original packaging
⚠️ Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for swimwear that shows signs of use.

We will respond with return instructions.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item:
Credit card: refund according to the card issuer’s policies
Pix or bank slip: refund via bank transfer to the account provided by the customer
Processing time is up to 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the request must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt.
After evaluation, the customer may choose:
Exchange for the same product (if available)
Store credit
Refund
Verano Beach Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
